On November 18th, 2024, Marist Comprehensive Academy, Uturu, was honored to receive a visit from Rev. Bro. Mark Omede the Provincial Superior of the Marist Brothers, Nigerian Province. The visit was a momentous occasion for the Marist communities, students, and staff.
The Provincial Superior’s primary purpose was to spend time with his fellow brothers in the community, fostering camaraderie and solidarity. During his visit, he also took the opportunity to interact with the students, imparting valuable wisdom and insights. He emphasized the importance of being wise, encouraging the students to make informed decisions and strive for excellence in all aspects of life.
Additionally, the Provincial Superior engaged with the staff members, acknowledging their dedication and hard work in providing quality education to the students. His presence was a source of inspiration and motivation, reaffirming the Marist values of compassion, simplicity, and family spirit.
The visit was a resounding success, and we are grateful for the Provincial Superior’s presence in our community. His words of wisdom and encouragement will undoubtedly have a lasting impact on our students and staff.
